¿Cuántas veces habéis oido la frase "Si tiene celos es porque quiere estar contigo"? Muy a mi pesar, hoy en día los celos son entendidos como una parte más del amor, una señal de que nuestra pareja realmente nos quiere. Sin embargo, en mi opinión se trata de emoción tóxica que hemos de aprender a gestionar con herramientas emocionales y asertividad.
