I absolutely loved the results of the toner from the Extraordinary Colour range! We started by washing my hair twice with Neal & Wolf purple shampoo (amazing for removing the brassy yellow tones), then we applied the Neal & Wolf 11.22 w/1.5% Toner for 20 minutes. After washing this out and enjoying a lovely head massage, we applied the Neal & Wolf hydrating oil & heat protector to my damp hair. We then finished with a beach wave blow-dry held amazingly in place with the Neal & Wolf flexible hairspray!
